Microsoft 2007

Did you know/realize that Microsoft 2007 - you know, the one with all the "ribbons" - is for the functionally illiterate? It is almost impossible to find print text on anything in this product. I went to "Help" (you know the ? on the toolbar) in a spreadsheet and they insisted on showing me a freaking movie! I don't want "Gone with the Cells", I want to read about how to do it. Talk about dummying down your user base. I find that assumption very insulting. I can read. I don't need a picture book to figure things out. No wonder colleges have to offer remedial reading to their incoming classes.
