Saturday Morning

No phone call or blog yet, Becca.

I awoke around 4 a.m. and thought of the day your Aunt Jessie was born. I had awakened early and couldn't go back to sleep. It was almost as if I knew something was happening. Then at 7 a.m. your grandma called and said that she had been in labor since midnight and could I fly out and babysit your mom while grandma was in the hospital. I was off.

The tales of that visit are another whole blog or two!

I've got errands and appts. this morning but will be home after that. The cell phone is charged - I just need to remember to grab it on my way out the door.
